Brady was part of my life when my son Zakeem was about five, and now he is in his twenties. We both grew up with Brady and Father John. My Zakeem wanted to go to Brady after school instead of the big community center like other kids. He brought me to Brady.

  Now I am involved with Brady because I had conversations with Emily, Kevin and Trevor about the family relationship and me coming to Brady for church. They invited me to Church to learn about God, the Bible, the Mass and the Brady family. I learned that the Brady Faith Center is an open door to all. They are helping with open arms. No needy turned away daily. Brady is an inspirational example of the nature of God’s Love. We are a community turned family through communication and love. Brady will find a way to help you. Brady changed our community through our children learning to be positive and confident. Giving hope to our children gives hope to our community. There is overwhelming strength and love thru the down home grassroots unity of Brady missions.

  Youth programs are the first thing that came to mind about why am I grateful for Brady. Brady brings adults together to save our youth and keep them off the street.  Brady’s Stone Soup Garden is a blessed identity of growth and grace. Joy, happiness and non-judgement are a few of my fondest memories of my first Brady experiences. Mass is how we bless the world thru prayers. The family of Brady lasts through time and mourning. The Pedal to Possibilities group is a strong man crew, women included.

  Small building, big love inside. Our children experience the Bible on their level with Mr. Flowers. Our youth feel Good about themselves and stay on the right path. With Father John’s liturgy all who come get to meet faith where they are. Our special occasions give a lot of people a chance to learn a relationship with God. Brady is a wonderful foundation. Getting through the bad days with Brady is easier than before. Brady staff and families help, visit folks in the hospital, meet the needs and just make time for a needed conversation. My family at Brady gives time, energy, prayers. Volunteer opportunities give us folks a sense of achievement, unity and belonging.

Just reading during the Mass for all ages without judgement is an enlightening experience for us. Brady does so much for so many with so little. Small but grand actions of grace. Thank you Brady Staff and Volunteers for being God’s grace for so many like me.
