The Brady Farm has begun to harvest and is getting ready to sell at multiple locations for the 2017 season! The Market Stand and CSA will be open starting June 18th at the following times and locations:
• Sundays, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, 3100 Midland Ave.
• Thursdays, 7:00 am – 2:00 pm, Regional Market
Consider subscribing to our CSA program, which directly supports the farm and lets you enjoy the fruits (and veggies) of our labor. Depending on your subscription you will receive a weekly box containing a certain number of vegetables at a low cost. CSA pick ups are available at the farm or at Salt City Coffee on W. Thanks to Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield and their generous award, low-income families can purchase a box of fresh, organically-grown produce for just $9/wk, and all of our CSA families can take cooking classes to learn how to use the season’s bounty. We’re still accepting subscriptions, sign up now through the website, or at the farm.
We welcome volunteers! We’re regularly at the farm Mondays – Fridays from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am – Noon. We need help planting, shoveling compost and woodchips, weeding, harvesting, and washing and packing produce. Please call in advance. 315.420.4521
